Duplicate account registration or the use of false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own actions.

3 Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the ramly88 platform are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. The following actions are prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform or manipulate game outcomes dishonestly
- Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits or engage in any form of money laundering
- Colluding with other players to manipulate betting markets or game outcomes
- Engaging in any action that may compromise the integrity of the platform, its systems, or other users
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance if fraud is proven, and where necessary, further legal action. ramly88 reserves the right to make the final decision on any reported or detected violation.
4 Payment, Transaction & Withdrawal Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the ramly88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and bank transfer. ramly88 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Pre-Withdrawal Verification
Users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard security compliance measure that protects user funds. ramly88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time for verification purposes.
Bonus Rollover & Wagering Requirements
Any bonus or promotion received is subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant offer. Withdrawing bonus funds before rollover conditions are met is not permitted. Game contribution rates towards rollover vary by game category. Users are responsible for understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.
Transaction Fraud
Ramly88 uses a monitoring system to detect suspicious transactions. Any attempt at fraud — including money laundering, unauthorised chargebacks, or promotion abuse — will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
5 Platform Liability Limits
Ramly88 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Technical disruptions, system updates, or circumstances beyond the platform's control may affect service availability.
Ramly88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of funds resulting from the user's own betting decisions. Users acknowledge that betting carries risk and that they wager entirely at their own discretion.
In all circumstances, ramly88's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit that has not yet been used for wagering.
6 Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the ramly88 platform are the exclusive property of ramly88 or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
